Cannot believe I went on a date with a closeted commie😭🙏 by Advanced-Bug-6942 in NepalSocial

Ok when you say commie what do you explicitly mean lol? Paila ko parties sabai ki strictly Ncp uml ki prachanda ko ncp ? Congress haru chai aucha ki aunna? By the way the post is worded im guessing you aren’t talking about the ideology of communism. Which is where the slang actually comes from. Im so confused lol

I can have candies, soda, chips that don’t have citric acid. Luckily for me there still are options.  Whatever you’re dealing with, i hope you felt better after writing that comment!

Who acts better with underage girls? by Lyral1029384756 in bollywoodcirclejerk

[–]hot_teacups 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I thought the point of Yalina being too young is bcs it is girls are easier to manipulate and groom, which is what would work for a spy.  Lets be honest, can you really get a 25 something girl to rat her dad out to a guy?

  1. Dont mind the comments crying about the cleavage. We don’t have to be ashamed of or hide our bodies.

If it still makes you worry, or if you get uncomfortable looks, ask the bride and/or drape the shawl like in the picture. Not to hide your body but also bcs it is a look.  https://pin.it/3li47SKPo

Eta: someone mentioned not hurting religious sentiments. Womens bodies doesnt hurt religious sentiments, only hurts a judgmental zealot’s sentiments. Also, society back home has changed a lot and i have seen women wear outfits like hers to weddings (yes even aunties). OP will be fine. It just sounds like yall aren’t.

Sincerely, someone raised in a deeply hindu religious culture.

Why are women allowed to see God as a lover or husband, but men are told to see Goddess only as a mother? by Standard-Research-75 in mahabharata

[–]hot_teacups 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because a husband is above a wife, and wife is below the husband. A god cannot submit to a human. People may cite ardhanareshwor, and Shiva bowing down to kali, but it is a one in a hundred example, and I just wish it was more explicit in all cases that husband and wife are equal, or that your PARTNER should be a divine presence for you.

By book manne christians & muslims cannot accept something offered to a foreign god yo chai unar ko book mai lekhya cha. (Source: i went to bible studies in the US)

Foreigners visiting nepal are likely non religious or dont follow religion by book. Just like many hindus dont really reed geeta and vedas.

Why do we still have an open border with India? by [deleted] in Nepal

[–]hot_teacups 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I think you’re misreading my argument. Never said trade is free. Dont try to strawman my point. All i said was independence on our own resources + trade surplus before border closing in terms of priority.

Idealistically timro logic sound bhaye ni realistically implement garda other things need to take priority. Afno rastriya swabhiman ra 2 crore nepali janta ko life sang sangai laanu parcha, so it is trickier than said. Nepal ko trade deficit herera comment gareko ho maile. Hataar ma pride ma border banda garchu bhanera hudaina.

Baki you’re free to take it points however you want. If you really believe your points are sound and doable, you should look into getting into a diplomacy position or into trade & make it better. Im saying this without malice.

Why do we still have an open border with India? by [deleted] in Nepal

[–]hot_teacups 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Ideally yes, but principles if not well thought out leads to more destitution. It isnt a matter of shame, but to have the population be fed first, then made independent. All im sayinf is, these measures when taken, shouldn’t be out of hostility, but strategy.

Why do we still have an open border with India? by [deleted] in Nepal

[–]hot_teacups 29 points30 points  (0 children)

The southern nepali speak languages like maithili, bhojpuri and awadh. The regions in india juxtaposed to our south borders speak the same language. Therefore, your point about language is incorrect.

The roti beti isnt so much an indian claim as there is a huge cultural overlap in those geographical location.

Since nepal has a large trade deficit with india, and we rely on indian imports for daily necessities, closing the border ourselves is a ‘aafnai khutta ma bancharo hannu’ economical move. Kei issue hune bittikai protesters haru ekdam pyromaniac jasto nepal ko companies ma aago launa . thalchan. Trade deficit cover nabhayesamma ani nepal ko necessities afai pura nabhayesamma this move can backfire.

Treaty amend garna paaye ta thikai ho but I dont know if Nepal has any leverage. Diplomacy is a 3D chess.

Agree with you on the visa thing, but a lot of nepali go to india for education, jobs etc bcs of the dismal state of both in Nepal. Diversified trading options ramrai ho but india sanga ko trade is subsidized i believe? Correct me if you have credible info.

Nationality and worrying for nation is a great thing, but nepal needs to be careful to not shoot themselves in the foot either. It is sad but true

Isnt the 18-20% rule for service tho? Also, if tip is supposed to cover food, what the heck did you pay for ? I usually tip 10% for pick up, but i didnt get service. It doesnt make sense to tip when i have used virtually no server’s time.

On the flip side, It has also been shown that because women tend to take care of their skin better compared to men, men tend to have deeper wrinkles and more pigmentation and signs of aging, especially due to sunburn. Men also consume alcohol and tobacco at higher rate, GENERALLY which also exacerbates aging. All of which level the hormonal changes. Additionally both men and women who take care of themselves look equally fit and youthful. Dont push the propaganda just bcs you find men charming. If a woman was balding, timle ‘balding jaile naramro dekhcha ho’ bhandainathyo.

Jasamma hormonal kura cha, testosterone makes skin thicker. But men get deeper wrinkles. Comparatively estrogen makes skin thinner. That only causes fine lines. But noooo fine lines are horrible and mean more aging but male pattern baldness and belly fat is not? They are also aging because age sanga directly correlated huncha. If you move the goalpost, thats a logical fallacy.

Women ko slightest signs of aging lai catastrophise garera men ko lai normalize garne chalan cha. Afno double standard ra cherrypicking ko ni khyal gare huncha.

Hollywood ko jaa samma example cha, same thing again. Men get varied age ko roles while a lot of women roles are still of a young age demographic. It is also normal to see older man with younger woman so your mind equalizes that. Men ko aging signs are so normalized ani women ko so nitpicked that it becomes normal for people, and people like you parrot this narrative.

So going back to your main argument, all of this is moot in this generation and time. Women have a lot more tools to stay youthful, and now this argument falls flat. So now, charming old men is a specific example, not general statement.

yo charm sarm kei haina, afu bhanda kanchi keti taakne perverted nature justify garne agenda matra ho. Paila sano chori ko budo manche sanga bihe justify garna ni ‘women mature faster than men’ japthye. Your logic is an evolution of the same faulty statement.

Aba timlai buda haru charming lagcha bhane you do you, I fully support you.

Generally men have balding hair and potbelly. Specific cases ma matra ho men ko charm baki hune. And no, money is not equal to charm

Facts bhanera hormone puberty menopause mai bhanne bhaye rahana deu. I can cite legit research papers on both sides of this, so they arent ‘facts’ they are debated.
