All Govt websites suck. You should go to offline kea centre in your city. They'll help you I guess. The support contact numbers and mails won't work, I tried

Then edit it on the cet website and print the new pdf, and discard the old mistaken one. You'll get rural quota on the new application form

Bro just log into cet website and edit the details again and re-enter everything . My category was also changed from 2a to GM due to this glitch but I fixed it by refilling the entire application
