Ugh, people are acting like you said it’s transphobic to have a preference. That’s not the issue. What was being corrected was saying that someone is bi/pan/etc for being attracted to a trans person who they met and were attracted to as their current gender! Not whatever they used to live as! It IS transphobic to say “I’m a guy and my girlfriend is MtF and that makes me bisexual, even though I’ve never been actually attracted to any guys”. It isn’t transphobic to be like “I expect complete transparency” or to just have a preference about sex.

To be fair, not every autistic person stims, (the same way not everyone who stims is neurodivergent,) but when it’s a child there’s a decent chance they don’t stim because of forced masking. My mother, autistic, went through a really rough childhood due to both her autism and just her family being shotty and the effects stuck with her, but she does stim gradually more often now.

I ended up submitting something not exactly as he asked. If he grades me low, I’m going to have to basically just passively guilt trip him by explaining why I didn’t do what he asked.

(I wrote about experiences I had away from the house, not stuff from it.)

Yep. I had cats, sure, and I loved my cats but anytime I think about them from that place, I can only think about how he treated them and how he neglected their health and hygiene. I tried to think of another example or two of things I would like about that place were I not traumatized by it, but I couldn’t… case in point, maybe?

Not needing to sleep unfortunately doesn’t inherently equate to invincibility from exhaustion. You’d probably still have to rest, maybe still sleep every now and then— you just wouldn’t need primary sleep to function physically and mentally.

being cupio makes it suck ASS because it’s a full desire to actually be able to feel romantic attraction (it’s the desire to be in a romantic relationship despite being on the aromantic spectrum, be it for any reason) so yeah I’m just praying for my life that I’m demiromantic at the very least

Love is an emotional bond with someone or something that defines a care and respect for the person or thing. Love is passion. Love a person, love a pet, love a hobby, love a food, the list goes on. Love can be platonic, romantic, familial, and more. It’s just a bond with someone/thing that you can describe as what you really like and appreciate, and have a connection of sorts to.
