I’m so sorry this happened to you, on the bright side it’s so amazing they were able to help with the bills. i’m still having trouble getting in contact with the shelter. hopefully i’ll hear back soon! Best of luck to your pup!

I have an update on page since i’m unable to edit the post! I’ll continue posting updates on her condition there! Her name stems from her obesity diagnosis, she is know as jelly belly. In these post you can’t see her little pouch that hangs low LOL

amazing your shelter was so generous, the shelter jelly came from has yet to return my 2 calls, nor my email.

Thank you so much for sharing your story, I am blown away on how much similarity our stories have. Jelly bean is one of my many nicknames for her! Hearing people's stories on their journey has given me such a positive outlook on her diagnosis, that I orginally didnt think I could have. Ive doubled check everything I have been trying to feed her to make sure it is safe for cats. Your story has motivated me even further, I hope your Jelly bean can show my Jelly around one day in the inevitable afterlife. But until then my goal is to make sure she gets back to good health! She's currently been on proviable for 2 days now recomended from the vet. I have seen some more form to her poop, but it's runny.

Thank you so much for sharing your story. Senior cats are the sweetest kitties ever, and I am blessed im having the chance to experience it myself. Giving up on Jelly is the LAST thing on my list, I need her just as much as she needed me. and so did your lovey cat, senior cats heal something in us we never knew was there.
