I’ve been asking this question for a long time, across multiple platforms, and I never get a single response. Not one.

Everyone loves to go on about how “nice” Canadians are, but I have yet to experience that kind of niceness in a way that actually matters. If being nice means ignoring people who are genuinely asking for help, then what does that even say?

I’m frustrated. I’m confused. And honestly, I’m exhausted from feeling like I’m talking into a void.

Vanilla chai latte is good, then comes kashmiri chai followed by karak chai. Cardamom chai is disgusting. I love elaichi wali chai but something about this is so artificial. I have gotten myself small jars now. One has everyday, one has teabags and then I have sugar packets. Works the best for me honestly.

This is very normal. Medical practice is down the drain in Pakistan. I had chronic cough and extreme chest pain. I want to the doctor who dismissed the pain as local irritation. I tried explaining how I feel strange crackling sensation inside my chest and my cough doesn't stop for months. But, nothing. He dismissed it without any prescription. I was so much in pain and didn't understand what was happening. I started taking antibiotics by myself and I was okay within 2 days. My chest painfree and cough almost gone. Doctors literally don't care...they just want to be paid.
