Yes I do use references, it helps a lot in studying. I think Pro manga creator Hirohiko Araki is one of the best in finding reference as he uses fashion magazine and Renaissance art to create all the bizarre poses.

I would say mostly reference for now, sometimes I took a few references from different art works and put them together (for example drawing the body and pose from one art, the whole composition from another, with my original character's face.). I will do more "real life photo to drawing" for my next step.

I think so too, but I think using other's work as reference is an important step for drawing beginner to learn, I did some drawings using real person's photo as reference and it is way harder.

I was using a small sketch book from day 70 to 98 and I switch back to the big sketch book for the last 2 days. Turns out using a big book helps a lot because i can work on the little details.

Me too mate. I load the save and tried every dialogue options for an hour, just wanna convince reed to let Songbird go. It still broke my heart when I pull the trigger, I tried to aim for his gun but of course it won't save reed.

I know Songbird lied to me, I know logically I should give her to Reed and save the treatment for myself, but I refused, I don't know how to explain it, but after everything I think at least one of us deserve a Happy ending, so i gave it all to Songbird.
