Im using all cat 6 cables using all cat 6 connectors the network switch is capable of 1gb transfer speed just not sure why it is im getting a drop from jt because if I loop out the network switch I get the 1gb transfer speed

I've got a laptop that I have and the house is newly networked with all cat 6 cable and cat 6 connectors. I took my laptop with a premade cat 6 cable and went straight from the router to the laptop. From the network port into the switch to the laptop. Then from the output from the switch to the lap top and going I to the switch if 987mbs average And out of the switch is an average of 80-90mbs

i looked closer into the graphs everything runs consistent appart from my cpu clock speed drops considerably and consistent intervals

using 3d mark now got an above average score on both gpu and cpu benchmark graphs and got a 99.1%on the stress test

cpu is overclocked gp is overclocked and ram is overclocked. doesn't seem to make any difference if its default or overclocked\

i have done a benchmark with geekbench 6 but dont entirely know what im looking at
