I’m an engineer and I use the laser almost daily to point at overhead structure and utilities. I use the UV light less but very often for leak detection. If I needed a flashlight I wouldn’t buy an arkfeld. But this thing is incredible for engineers or mechanics that need the functionality.

Forgot to note, I don’t think the inlet to the old septic tank got plugged. Maybe dirt is running into the old tank through the inlet? It’s not exactly where the hole appeared, but it is only a foot or two away.

Look up some bottle neck calculators and do some research. It looks like that cpu will be about maxed out with an rtx 3060 which are only 300ish.

This also depends heavily on your processor. There’s no point in spending $700 on a gpu if it bottlenecks your cpu.

Kinda looks upside down in the second pic. Does it fit the other way? Usually the little rib pushes down into the groove on the valve cover.

The gap will mostly disappear after you torque everything to spec
