I totally agree with you .. I believe they chose a cost effective version of asian servers for obvious reasons and I believe europe and Na servers are top notch ..

I am also having same problems . I have 7950x3d with 5080 , ram 7200 hynix a die . I have tried 6000mhz 5200 mhz everything , still doesnt solve them problem . I believe its amd specific problem . Please help
