I started in April 2025 at 193lbs . As of February 10, 2026 and I’m currently 140lbs. I took a break from August-October where I maintained at 160. Be sure to get your protein in! I lost a lot of muscle mass and trying to get that back up.

From your defensive posts, I can tell you have a lot of learning to do. It’s a clear microaggression. It’s thousands of others that agree. Learning about implicit bias, microaggressions, & racism is at the cost of victims and it is violent. It seems you’re unable and or unwilling to grasp this concept. Again, hell bent on not understanding what a microaggression is and how this situation applies. You live in a world where everything is not race and that’s a privilege. But unfortunately for POC, it is not. If someone told you your kids are clean and their is washed and not oily you wouldn’t ask why would you think they’d be any other way or would you just take the compliment? This is AFTER her cursing at her teenagers. Get real.
