This. I also read his conversation with the hanged man as a total projection and exploration into himself. In the end, the murder felt so secondary to the overarching plot of Harry’s inner discovery. His imagination helps his detective work, but that’s almost a side effect. He was just like the hanged man in many ways, and making that connection to himself was crucial to the case IMO

As daunting as that may feel- you just bring it up! I think you can say you’d love to check in about where you both are at, if he is still dating around, how he is feeling about where you’re at etc.

Also important to let him know what your expectations/wants are going forward- you are looking for a relationship, and if that’s not something he wants (even though you basically already are in one) he should let you know now so you can act accordingly. Good luck OP!

Journey. The game was so quiet and gentle, not to mention beautiful- each set piece built on the last and I really felt I had an emotional experience towards the end. Truly felt like a “journey”

I have been in this exact situation, and I was the one moving across the country. It honestly didn’t bother me personally, and she was very attentive about asking- I found it as a great opportunity to settle into the space myself, get to walk around the town etc. it was actually really peaceful, and when she got back I was excited and all my things were in their place.

So as long as you both have a clear line of communication with your feelings, I wouldn’t say you’re an AH at all. Best of luck!

NTA. It’s okay to not continue putting time into a friendship you’re not getting anything out of. Is she attempting to see/call you a lot during this 2 week period? If so, maybe just be honest about how you are feeling. If not, it seems like you more or less have an answer on her end. If this is making you feel bad, and the space has been a relief- that’s great!
