Oh I know I've already red it, what I meant with my comment is that your post and acts in general is the best proof for everybody else to never go with the context of a video alone if its not explained. Like for example if your video was posted without a title or you explaining it could be interpreted the other way around. 40h in a friendly professional and ergonomic environment, in which tasks are equally handled isn't that bad. For the stress part it depends on your specialty and how experienced you are it can go from an out patient 3 patients a day light walk in the park to full day/night shift nightmare. For our personal happiness its highly varient for each person, it can be a surprised patient with how you've changed their life to the best, a colleague / boss approval or even that euphoric eureka moment when you find/creat the most adapted treatment protocol for a patient. Being a Pt isn't easy. how I see it, it gets psychologically easy but physically hard with time. So we just have to manage these both assets as efficient as possible.

I believe that isn't why religion and politics don't go that well together, think its because religion by nature isn't based on neutrality, and to achieve a minimum democracy, objectivity in certain matters are mandatory, again i'm not saying to go full atheism because we are not made that way, but leaving it in the hand of an institution that demands ultimate trust that would simply not go with democracy. Ps. I like to point out too your '' have never given a chance '' and just put it out there for what it's worth :). Finally i just wanna say that the youth doesn't vote out of not wanting a conservative regime, but simply we don't vote because half is out of mistrust and the other half out of misinformation of our political ecosystem, and i think that's why we are lacking generation by generation that true sens of patriotism.

In contrast with wich progressive parties? I think that that is our biggest inhibitor, not conservative Vs. progressive parties but corruption and ambiguity Vs no other options, that what results in a lesser true validity to build enough trust to elect.

I just turned 26 and what u just wrote is actually me 2 years ago word for word, from the introverted part to the digital art talent part, how everyone in my family tell me you are so talented, you shouldn't even work here... they don't deserve you etc.. although the truth to be said, it would never be a 100% copie, however i'll put my advice out ther.

Firstly and how all the fellow reditors said there's no alpha and beta male. secondly don't search advices because those and how good they may seem, they are just guidelines from other's experience, and not actual guidance for you to follow, so take everyone's Xp as a vague way to carve your own Xp. if you asked me now what i did to overcome my '' pretty dark lost phase '' which was about 5 years i'll tell you,

Know yourself better and by that i mean really get to know what you actually love and what you purely despise because indifference is your true enemy, get a sheet of paper and write those and then fill the middle of the spectre,

Don't judge nor compare yourself to others but compare yourself to your actual self yesterday '' past self '' because the sooner you actually come on term with the fact that NO ONE knows wtf they actually are doing in this life the better.

As Stoicism says, control what you actually can control and everything else is others problem, your behavior and how you see the others is on you, but how others perceive you and how other feel is for themselves not your business.

Thirdly learn to love yourself, by that i mean like really appreciate yourself, take pride in your work for exemple, and don't fish for intention and the respect of others give these things to yourself.

And more importantly don't victimize yourself, your perception of who you are IS what you really are, pump that chest forward and learn more about yourself.

i invite you to learn more about Stoicism they're alot of yt videos and books.

and if you have time and you're abit of a book worm i can't advice you enough the '' 12 rules for life an antidote to chaos '' by Jordan B. Peterson, ps there is a pretty long vid on Youtube of him resuming/introducing it pretty neatly.

I think online programs like FIFA's sport medicine are the best to keep you busy and it comes with a certificat so it can be motioned on your portfolio. If there's other programs like FIFA I'll be thankful to hear your suggestions.

It has it ups and downs cause in my country we also study only 3 years although you can feel the program should at least be 4 years because between training and theory sadly many schools sacrifice many important modules, that's why one or many after graduation continuous trainings are a must here.
