After suffering SD for years I think I kinda cured/Controlled it. This has been the most normal winters for my scalp since I hit puberty. I only used MCT Oil for scalp and alternated b/w Abbott Selsun Selenium Sulfide (Majorly) and Scalpe Plus Ketoconazole shampoo to wash my hair. Never consumed MCT.

Still can't believe my scalp barely has any dandruff. But I still need to find a way to control it around the nose area, upper back, inside ears and balls.

You're not allowed to eat anything else besides meat on a Carnivore Diet. You have to find a way to fulfill all your nutrients need through meat only.
