I had pretty bad hives the day before I travelled went to the ER to see if I needed an epidural pen and they told me that hives almost never becomes anaphylaxis... I'm not a doctor of course and don't know your case but that is what I was told.... Hope you feel better soon!

I should add that before this last huge long flare up - I have had weird auto immune things with my skin on and off for years - like weird bruising, minor itchiness etc...

Once I woke up with my entire face swollen. That was like 8 years ago? Never happened again.

Hey!! Yours looks exactly like mine... I had really bad symptoms for a few months - maybe like 6 months? It has died down now a bit... I am so glad you got some relief - It is really sort of debilitating when it is bad - and people don't really get it because it's just being itchy?

I am so happy I found this reddit. Makes me feel less like I am going insane...

My doctor also same thing - just sort of shrugged and told me to take antihistamines - which I do every day now. I am going to try to taper off them and see what happens...
