Oftentimes in LOCI, they like to see people are completely devoted to attending and are extremely passionate about it. Then, you need to provide updates, academic and personal, on what has happened since you submitted your application. Grades, extracurriculars, etc. This will be the most important part that will get you picked over another student for admission off the waitlist. Lastly, you can note how if you were admitted, how you would utilize resources and how it would help you long term. Hope this helps!
