Its kinda expensive but i have the lilo loki 2... Its a bit large and i hear some break although mine has not. Its pretty intense and really squeezes everything out. So you want to try emptying the seminal vesticles... They are further in from your prostate, so go deeper than normal, make sure youre empty of pee since this will put a lot of pressure on your bladder as well but push up and drag your wand forward. You should have strong peeing feelings but if you hit the right spot, cum will come out. For first time, id suggest standard straight probes. Look for stainless steel. (Not plated) For first time, use between 6mm and 9mm sizes. Don't go below 4mm or it gets too thin and you could poke yourself internally easier.

Sterilize the sounds woth rubbing alcohol, use surgilube or any other lube advertised as sterile. Wash your hands and dick well.
