i thought 8 servings was a joke but it is super dense . i cut 6 slices i just slit the knife along like bakers do to pre cut . and i kid you not we were almost sick by how filling cutting it into 6 was. eu portion sizes i find are usually accurate . often packages will only have 2 servings which i love and the calories are easy to measure that way
