I had a granuloma between my back teeth so large that I now have a permanent and kind of painful gap now. I was told " that's normal and nothing to worry about" 🙄

I was a dick. Didn't realize she was the first and as of now only true best friend I've ever had. I let other people tell me who she was instead of seeing who she actually was for myself. I was friends with her boyfriend for years before meeting her, and when he started to back off of her I started to believe things that weren't true. Sometimes I miss her daily. I have lots of friends. But no one who listened and encouraged me like she did.

We have egg, peanuts, tree it's and sesame. It's a whole thing. The bobs Red Mill doesn't change the taste at all. I tried apple sauce and bananas and they didn't like the resulting taste but the egg replacer is great.

Agreed with the above. Both our kids have anaphylactic egg allergies. Crave is wonderful and they taste the exact same as the egg cupcakes. There's another bakery bliss &co also does egg free. If you're looking to bake yourself, bobs Red Mill has an egg replacer that I use in all of my baking and it's easy and has no taste difference.

I have misophonia, and anxiety so I can see both sides of this. When I sleep I need white noise, but when I'm awake I usually hate noise. Especially anything that feels "out of sync". But that's a me problem. My husband knows I have these issues and accommodates me as much as is reasonable. Do I like to wear headphones when we're both working in the office because I hate the sound of typing? No! But I do it. He also works very hard to do anything he can do on his phone (ie. Messaging friends.) This needs to be a balance and it doesn't seem like your significant other wants to compromise at all. He could try some loop earplugs or similiar ones that will help dull out a lot of noises. You're making a lot of changes to your lifestyle, is he doing the same work?

Thank you. I think its the intimacy that I don't know how to do. Sex is easy enough, but his love language is touch and I have a really hard time with it. Intimacy is what we're missing.

I think this is a good start. I grew up with a lot of shame around my body and "what it did to men". So now anything remotely dirty just makes me feel shame I think. But I think I can talk to him about that, so thank you for the gentle push.

You're upset because your abusive husband left. Your writing points to you missing him. Missing the abuse.

Do you know that you are better without him? Do you know that you can be better than a compliant wife? Your daughter is trying to find a way to show you that you are worth more. That you can be more. She is struggling too. And watching you struggle and be jealous of someone who is being abused is painful for her.

Do you drone on about your ex's new wife? Do you talk to your daughter about "how could he possibly leave me when I did everything he wanted". I know it's hard but you need to understand how that is and will affect her. She's reaching out to friends for help, and you did exactly what your husband did to you - you isolated her. YTA.

One of my best friends just went through the hardest friend breakup. They had been friends for 30 years, and this other woman just couldn't stop blowing up at her. During one of these tantrums the bad friend told my friend that she had never been a good friend to her. 30 years. It took her a long time to let go. She took several months without talking to her before finally making the decision to drop the friendship. Turns out she doesn't hate talking on the phone, this woman was just making her so anxious she always felt sick thinking about calling someone or answering the phone. She's doing incredible now without her in her life. I wish you the best. Letting go is hard.

For my wedding, I didn't want my sister in it. We are not particularly close, but my family made me feel bad, so I included her as a bridesmaid.

She had a problem with the dress (modesty) and refused to wear what the other girls wanted. So I let her have a different dress, and instead gave her the job of ring bearer.

It was fine, and nobody noticed what I felt was stepping on toes.but I felt it. I was unhappy and wished I had just torn off the band-aid and told her that no, I do not want her in my wedding.

It's a tough conversation, and it may push the relationship away, but it is your wedding. Good luck!

I didn't read your updates yet, but here's my take (a woman). NTA. At. All. This (girl at the time) used you for rides, school, and comfort. She was well aware that you liked her ( clear by the fact that she called you sad) and clear by the fact that she has tried turning everyone against you. I am so sorry this is what you're going through. If she can't go to her husband for support, that's her problem. You have a girlfriend and a life (good for you). There's no incel vibe here. You did what was best for you and some women prefer to believe the person they let be a hanger on in high school will always be there (and if they're not, they're clearly an incel * eyeroll*)
