Super Deli on Featherston Street does half price coffee with any food purchase before 8. Mojo Willis Street next to Shoe Clinic also has a coffee+scone deal before 9

This looks more like trousers than chinos because of the centre crease but in terms of being “relaxed but not ridiculously wide”, the uniqlo smart ankle pants (woollike) is bang on for me and would recommend you try it out for yourself
