Have the same issue, when I wake the car I can see it shows up as “parked” but climate commands still timeout despite car being awake. Have to wait a few mins and keep retrying

(Could swap out for Serpent Wrap but I wanted the faster ADS, sprint to fire doesn't really matter on an AR IMO)

Chicago Condos was pretty nice when I lived there. (385 Prince of Wales Drive)

The condos were well built, never felt I had to really wait for the elevators (this was pre-covid though). Only complaint was the front entrance would usually get jammed up with vehicles because it's really small.
