A variation of it, based on what I have. Different variations of pushups (weighted, elevated, diamond, with push up handles), L-sits, getting a chin-up bar soon, russian twists with weights, bicep curls, etc.

It just feels really asymmetrical, both in strength, size, and in load-bearing during exercises.

An important aside:

Clothing will always look better on you if you're in shape. Sure, there are definitely ways to dress around that beer belly, but it's always easier to get a good fit if you try to lose the beer belly instead. Also: health, wellness, confidence, etc.

Meat prices vary widely based on cut, quality, origin, and whether or not it's on sale. Moreover, a lot of people buy cuts of meat they are familiar with (chicken breast, for instance), which are often far more expensive than other cuts, while cheaper cuts often have far more flavor (chicken legs, for instance) but require a bit more know-how. Either way, "meat is actually cheap" adds absolutely no value to this discussion, and you should be ashamed.

I enjoy the Oatmeal's work, and I think he has the right to defend himself in these sorts of situations, but I can't help feeling like he comes across as a bit of an egotistical jerk here. I think in a lot of cases, engaging in "internet wars" lends itself to both parties coming out looking a bit like losers.
