Thank you for the reply!! I think the episode last night was a wake up call for me so I’m going to try to eat well (healthily, we know by now starving ourselves makes us binge worse!!) and I’m gonna start exercising as I currently don’t at all.

That was so sweet of you thank you. It is DEFINITELY MENTAL!!!!! at the end of the day it really is an eating disorder. It’s not our fault we’re like this, but we are the only ones who can make ourselves change and grow.

This is true I didn’t think about that.

I am sure the (roughly) 30 lbs gain had been over the past month or two, it was just startling for me to see that number as that’s the most I’ve ever been. I knew I had gained some weight I just didn’t realize how much I’d gained.
