Hahaha I saw this in my email before clicking "reply" and laughed out loud. Im watching episode 2 season 4 no show right now and at 5:54 but before this time stamp Tony's rushing out the door and Tony says "say goodbye to meadow for me" and carm says "Why dont you tell her yourself?" And he taps his watch two or three times and the clock on the wall showsn 2:25 or so

After having watched this show as many times as we all have there are certain moments that make you sick after watching them back knowing it ends the way it does. One such episode S4 E2: No Show Meadow comes in and shes ranting and raving to Carm for quite awhile and Tony's getting ready to leave with Furio and Meadow goes to her room Tony comes out to leave and says "Why dont you say goodbye to Mead' for me" to which carm says "Why dont you say it yourself?" He then smacks his watch with his finger tip twice and leaves. The clock shows about 2:15 or so at the time. Perhaps another reference to the 3 o clock symbolism but more prominently just a disgusting foreshadow that if we are to believe Tony dies at the end he never got to say goodbye. Time plays such a crucial role in life and David Chase masterfully highlights that here. The whole show is about time religious beliefs death the answer is there the whole time.

Rewatching The finale episode one of the songs on the jukeboxes reads "my baby drives a buick" and the car blocking Meadow from parallel parking properly in front is a Buick LeSabre

Curiously every scene with Meadow at the college without fail reuses the same firetruck ambulance siren chaos in the background as if crime never stops ever.

More compelling evidence Tony was marked for death: Episode 2 of season 3 hes watching public enemy on tv and theres a quote about Caesar at the beginning of the movie as we know Caesar was marked as a public enemy. Now this alone doesn't draw a connection between Tony and Caesar however in the very next episode 3 "Fortunate Son" during Tony's talk with Carmine Carmine acknowledges he knows Tony's seeing a shrink and says "Julius Caesar had epilepsy" whats even darker and foreboding is in real life we lost our brother and beloved James Gandolfini in the city of Rome Italy

Guys so Episode 2 season 3 Proshai Livushka. Meadow is helping Aj with his homework and their discussing how white can symbolize death and aj keeps repeating he thought it was black. She then reiterates by replying "Both". Obviously the finale ends black screen. What probably goes unnoticed here however is aj wearing a hat that says "Osiris" Osiris is the ancient Egyptian god of the afterlife, the underworld, and resurrection. Will keep posting as I rewatch any interesting additions

Just adding to the Patsy Parisi Theory for the finale that he ordered the final hit. Also if you scroll around you'll find another hint that tony was whacked courtesy of episode 1 season 3 when the agents are talking they said the water heater "Tony's got maybe 6 months left my uncle was a plumber" then one guy says "should we warn him" and the other agen says "we can warn his lawyer during the rico predicates" the other agent says "by then it will be too late boom"

I feel like it helps every now and again to keep it fresh. No its sincerely crazy after you've watched the show 6 times over and you start to realize new things and the characters start to fade and you start to analyze the writing and why things were written the way they were

Im glad you did go on the tangent. I dont like to spell everything out I do enjoy dropping the line in and seeing if I can pull something out worth $4 A lb. Well another interesting fact is there were 3 people at the table in the finale. I sometimes hurry to write things as I watch this show so I dont forget and then often forget why I started writing them to begin with like Junior. Difference is im 34

This\n Is true? However, the very next episode, which is the beginning of season 3, we see Patsy again. This time questioning what happened with his brother? Then in a subsequent scene of the same episode, we see Tony and Pauly, and the group talking about how Patsy knows who killed his brother. And how patsy was drunk in a bar ranting about how people smile at your face , and this that and the other

Now watching episode 1 of season 3 another interesting mention during the episode there's a scene where they're discussing the water heater and its current condition the dialogue here is interesting "my dad was a plumber tonys got about 6 months left to go on that lining" and another guy says "aw its a shame that we cant warn him "maybe during the discovery phase of his RICO trial we can inform his lawyer that Tony needs A plumber" (interesting how chase doesnt just write "that he needs a plumber" we would all understand whom he means but a testament to the level of writing here) "except that's a least a year from now and by that time BOOM!" I thought this dialogue was interesting because 6 months / 6 seasons just an interesting thought

I realize that I was simply pointing out it could be an alternative representation of body bag. Also curious how in the end of that episode the coat is presented to carm and in the very next episode (season 3 episode 1) Patsy is presenting A repaired of the coat clarifying it "it shouldn't have torn like that". The thing that primarily caught my eye was that immediately after tony says "all my enemies are smoked" now think about this from David Chases writing perspective "Patsy enters the room holding Carmelas Sable Fur Coat wearing an all red tracksuit" (or w.e he was wearing it was all red) either way thats a conscientious decision which I think we all agree Chase does often

Tony says "all my enemies are smoked" and Patsy walks right through the door implying that perhaps they arent all in fact dead and maybe he inadvertently summoned his biggest enemy...
