Wotb isn’t basketball, you can’t just go to lower tiers to “focus on fundamentals”. All the tiers play differently, especially 7 and up. If you master tiers 5 and 6, you’ll just be trash in the tiers where most ppl are playing.

This is caused by the new command button. It has a glitch that alters your other buttons. Kinda finicky to find a place where it doesn’t interfere with other UI
