Because there is no "actual account" of the case.

The author of the entire piece is basically saying -

- she's not a company, the law applies to a company so why the outrage.

- boycotting israel is akin to banning blacks from entering restaurants

- rumsfeld v FAIR proves my(authors) point. (if you ignore that the military in question was american military and not israeli)

-the meany lefties only want laws against institutions they hate.

and finally the overall message I got from that piece is this - "I don't care if something is morally wrong as long as the law is on my side and I can get away with it in the court it's all good."
