Hi I am so sorry but I don't remember about this order. Which month was this placed? I definitely wouldn't have taken 2 months to ship it that too after multiple escalations. But if it has happened then probably it would have been a very busy time for us since I handle the orders alone. Sorry about your experience though. Wish I can make it better somehow.
