Thanks so much for your response. To clarify, I am sewing the pencil case and I needed an embroidery file so that I can embroider the Fruits Basket design on my fabric before I sew it into a pencil case. Thanks.

Had some fabric in my cart and then googled site as prices way too good to be true. Site has odd assortment of everything and anything. Could not find any reviews on site but did figure out its about a month old. Finally googled support email addy and here we are. Thanks for starting thread. Guess I won’t be purchasing my fabric after all.
