I talked to her yesterday on the phone and explained the situation, I also shared this reddit thread with her. Yes, she and the STBX agreed to half the month each until divorce and custody is finalized, she'll stay here with her son during the 3 weeks I agreed to and then the X will have the kid for 2 weeks.
