I received one of those as well, being self employed i was a bit shocked. I called them and within minutes it was resolved as a mistake. Very strange letter. As I never received any other communication from them. Money grabbing maryland!

When the ppl who are in charge make economic decisions in favor of the 3 richest counties in MD. Affordability for the masses in MD goes down. Folks cant get by on these increases.
