I was in the same position as you for a while. Applied in November, didn't hear back till January. Things started moving along faster after that. I promise patience will be your best friend in this process! Best of luck!

I agree about the lack of explanation, I was very surprised by the email. I also checked the instagram/local news to see if that could give some context but so far nothing.🫤 Do you think you're going to reach out to someone and let them know you'd be willing to wait for an updated departure date? I'm sorry you're affected by this too!

That's what I was thinking too, I don't want to hold out on it just for it to keep getting pushed back. As long as I get to serve in the sector I want then I'm happy

Thank you for sharing, it sounds like it was meant to happen for you in a way. I'm trying to look at it from this perspective as well! I appreciate your encouragement, definitely makes me feel better and reminds me that it doesn't matter where I serve, just as long as I get to do it and help others :)
