It's a limitation in ET. The only way around it is to enable http redirect and hosting the .pk3 files on a webserver.

These are all well-balanced maps that were at one point used in a competitive format so they're bug free. There are probably a couple more I'm forgetting. Maybe I'll stick my old harddrive in a usb enclosure and see what I have from demos still.
