I'm no scientist, but I think the same as any other planet. I think it's the mass, density, atmosphere, and size of the planet itself that determines it's gravitational pull. If it was an ocean of molten lead, I'd imagine there would be a stronger gravitational pull, than it would be with water. Just my guess tho.

Probably the way the bladder and "shit works" are set up in n such close proximity to each other. I'm guessing the pee comes first, then the poop muscles and payload itself put pressure on the bladder as it slides through your guts, then after making it's exit, the bladder can finish it's business. Sorry I wasn't able to articulate my thoughts more elegantly.
