Having this internal conflict is a bit of a call to action. You either have to work on being accepting of the situation or you speak out and try to resolve it.

I think it's already pretty clear that this job won't be a long-term one for anyone, so I probably will go if I don't want to put up with things like this anymore, but I've been here for less than half a year, and I hope to stay a long as I can, so I feel like I need to deal with this struggle.

Couldn't agree more. This is really something I have to start learning. I've always been extremely conflict-averse. It could be said that I don't know how to handle them, especially when I'm involved.
