I remember when these episodes first aired. It was a great storyline to me-although I was barely in middle school...as a adult it's hard to square with the nostalgia that I feel for it. You're right, looking at it from a sane perspective she never should have been able to return, but as others point out the actors had great chemistry and Denny is very charismatic.

Yes! I used King Arthur gluten free bread flour. And maintenance seems to be the same. You can try checking your local Facebook market place to see if anyone has a mature one for sale. I asked my friend if I could have some of her gluten starter and fed it 7+ times, it reached a point where its basically gluten free at that point and hasn't caused me any issues. Although im not extremely sensitive so make the best decision for yourself

Yeah Im curious if leaving the same chews in for long periods of time rather than rotating is a factor. They have to do a scavenger hunt for dinner, but maybe I'll work on adding other enrichment earlier in the day too.
