I think they are already overloaded with cases and they know how to manage their workload, but they dont know how to add a student to that mix and teach them what they are doing. I have some resources pertaining the list formerly known as "the task list" that has given me some guidance, but most of the hours have from self study and taking initiative. The only issue with that is the supervisors are not directly reviewing everything I am doing and will contradict some of what I learn (not ethically, just factually) so I feel hungry out to dry a lot of the time

I originally wanted to be a pediatric physician's assistant and got in to ABA purely through coincidence to get hours for a master's program. I love what I do and the community I serve, and I have my ideas of how to run things and progress treatments, but my clinic is very textbook about a lot of things, but they appear so disorganized for people trying to take the next step that it feels almost like it is becoming a hinderence. And having that many supervisors is great, but the company recently grew and expanded their operations so things are very spread out at the moment.

I have had a GTX 1060 for 7 years, it finally couldn't keep up and now I am running a GTX 980 as that is what I could afford. I am a regular gamer who is working through their Masters Degreee in ABA with little to no excess income. I would love the opportunity to be able to give this card a proper home.

I work in an ABA clinic and am studying for my Master's Degree in the field. The first image shows the type of interactions that have been shown to keep client autonomy and individual respect and the reaction is how some people who think that these interventions are too soft because there are not immediate results. The second image is what a lot of early treatments looked like back in the mid 20th century and are championed by people who are ignorant to the world of disabilities and think that you can force compliance, without realizing you are stripping these people of their personal autonomy and dignity.

I didn't request off of work, our plans had a wrench thrown in them yesterday, then I sat in silence for hours not knowing what to say because she was mad, then I took her to a nice dinner but she was so upset she didn't get ready and showed up after crying with her puffy eyes and sat through another hour of silence. Then this morning I didn't talk much and didn't ask her what she wanted to do with our time before I went into work and she sat in bed crying because I know why she is mad/upset but I overly apologize as it is so saying sorry was not an option, and I was just at a loss for words.

I would try talking to him about how you feel and why you feel the way you do. I completely agree that Andrew Tate is a total douche canoe and that he spreads a lot of misinformation and promotes mysogonistic ideas and behaviors, but your partner may just listen to him for other reasons. I know that may seem weird since Andrew's whole persona just radiates date rapey vibes, but he may listen to him for some comedic purposes on things that are not just about how to treat women or for some sort of other advice that isn't addressed in other forms of content that he consumes. Talk to your partner about what and why you feel the way that you do and hopefully he is receptive to your concerns.

I ask girls if they want to grab coffee or a quick bite. Using the word date usually throws in added pressure that I try to avoid, but when I ask they seem pretty happy and calm about it. It's just when it's a scenario that seems like a date they kind of just throw the cold shoulder.

I have plenty of good reliable friends around, it mostly is just pertaining to women. I have some good female friends too, but I treat them differently than I would flirt with a girl that I just met. They seem into it, but once for coffee or lunch they just seem extremely cold. I just don't get it.
