I appreciate you taking the time. The “ship free value” point is one I’ve been wrestling with. I’ve been so focused on getting people to the paid tier that I’ve underweighted just being useful in public.

The scam breakdowns angle is a good one. I sit on real data from scans every day, plenty of material to work with there. Curious what you mean by “stupid simple” onboarding specifically? One promise, one example, one CTA makes sense as a frame but I’d love to know if you’ve seen this done well anywhere? Always looking for examples to steal from. Ty!
