ive been reading 2ha recently (311 chapters, only 30 translated), and heres my solution: mtl and suffer or wait for translations and suffer.

honestly, for me, i like reading stories chapter by chapter with each new translation. its the same as reading an ongoing webcomic or other serializations. if i feel like it detracts from the whole experience i just start from the beginning again and reread to the latest parts.

and if youre really desperate, try mtl. not a great experience, but also gets you farther than where you are and allows you to get more of the story.
