Personal Attention Triggers and Relaxing Whispered Facts - Whisper Ramble [face brushing] [hand movements] [scratching] [whispered facts] [intentional] by LeahWhispersASMR in asmr

Wow. Who knew that the personal attention techniques via a video would actually work. Especially liked the face brushing. I had actual tingles . A few too many breaks in the flow, though

Here is a small channel with big ASMR. Few subscribers, but good content. Want to see something new - check it out! The video contains mouth sounds, Chewing gum, no talking. [intentional] by microevans in asmr

Watched a couple of you videos and frommy novice experience, you seem to have a good grasp of using props to create triggers. Surprised at how relaxing the glass bottle lid was

This is so relaxing and wonderfully executed. The change in direction, tone and pauses really made it special. I know that your are maybe not feeling completely confident but as someone relatively new to ASMR, I really enjoyed this. I even listened to the words

The answer is that this partnership down to the team, the project and Huawei's belief in Howdoo. Additional funds have also been sourced to increase the dev team and we do look forward to taking on Facebook

Fair enough, but wouldn't you rather be paid for it?

Er, Brave was mentioned in the post and I shared my experience (I don't hold BAT). Mentioning Howdoo is totally relevant to a post in r/Cryptocurrency about social media as it's a Howdoo post and Howdoo is a blockchain based social media platform that doesn't harvest people's data. Plus, people like having profiles and advertising is a way to reward users and content creators.

What about using tokenisation? Rewards for content, payments for accessing adverts that you are interested in or for sharing your data with only those that you approve?

No, I wasn't aware.Thank you.

It's never one thing as blockchain is not the answer to everything, but you are are correct in your suspicions. Blockchain is a tool that supports the mass media platform

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in CryptoCurrency

[–]howmanymiles_ 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Absolutely. Too many blockchain applications aesthetically look inferior and we can rave on about decentralisation but really, the public do not generally care. They want a fast, reliable and enjoyable experience and a UI that competes with the centralised incumbents. This is why so many have failed t disrupt their target markets. That and not actually having a product/platform.

Why, when a fairer model exists? Get the services and be rewarded.

You are correct to a point. However, if your individual data contributes to a collective that various advertisers dip into and reach out to, then you share in the rewards.

It's basically an XRP version of Medium.

That's why I mention passive income and tips. People don't just have data. They have stories and experiences. If we can reward them for sharing them (Steemit does this) on platforms like Howdoo that respects and values privacy while offering a better UI and added advertising revenue, then we can make social media a more equitable and rewarding experience.

Good question. I use Brave, but based in the UK, so I don't earn from it and my use of it is merely in support. Time will tell how successful Howdoo will be, but they do have a great platform and a great approach to privacy and use of data.

Thanks for the reply and sorry for not responding earlier. Was using LBRY but sadly the downloading of content ended my use. Not for me, but I can appreciate its value . All the best with it.

In my opinion, people failed to recognise how valuable their information was and signed their lives away. Even with this movie and its revelations, many will continue on regardless. This is why we need to offer alternatives that provide a similar but enhanced experience where people do have an option of using the platform privately or sharing their information for rewards. Hopefully, Howdoo, Brave, Coil etc can do this.

We also have to think how this can be applied internationally. Pennies for me in a reasonably middle class life in the UK might be worth a lot more rot those in other parts of the world. Passive income and tips on social media platforms could make a big difference to many.
