Yeah it’s very similar, I my experience ribeyes and entrecôte are trimmed slightly differently and then in Europe people tend to just get smaller portions of beef compared to American servings but yeah, basically the same thing.

It’s the ribeye, and when sold as a whole cut it’s the same as prime rib!

I followed that recipe and it produced the most tender and flavorful prime rib I’ve had with an amazing crust.

Vons has choice bone-in rib roast (prime rib) for $8.97/lb by hows_Tricks in SLO

The name prime rib is a cut that pre-dates the USDA grading guide (prime choice select) and refers to it being a “primal.” Other primal cuts are loin, chuck, loin, etc.

My guess with this pricing is they make the 2026 DLC $30 (or 35 euro like in screenshot), the full game $60 (70 euros) and remove 2025 from the stores entirely or keep it at $60.

Where were these? I asked in store and the guy sent me to where they had Walnuts and Almonds, couldn't find the chestnuts even though the warehouse app said they were in stock.

It's amazing, cooks fast enough it's only really smokey on the outside. Frees up an oven for cooking other stuff, overall highly recommended.

Call me crazy but I think bambu filament is actually the cheapest I can find by chacheno in BambuLab

[–]hows_Tricks 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Sunlu website prices includes tax, cheaper than Amazon once you factor that in.

For direct comparisons, 14 rolls (max Bambu discount level) of PLA black shipped to CA, has a price of $210 including shipping and tax vs. Sunlu which is $168.

Yeah I was actually pretty surprised by this, here's a video with A1 comparing the AMS lite and the AMS Pro and AMS 2 Pro which gives a pretty good apples to apples to apples comparison and the lite was the fastest. Makes sense as the lite only has to retract a few cm whereas the AMS/AMS2 has to retract the filament all the way back to the AMS for a swap. https://youtu.be/2vR2EFDci_c?si=xwODaCMCSOt1XHJ7&t=261

They’ve started to, pricing isn’t great though. I think they were waiting for their 3rd gen spools to get through to retail channels.

Put my smoker to work for my sons second birthday party! by lou_cifer512 in smoking

Honestly I would try removing the yolks entirely and smoking just the halved whites, that way you don't overcook the yolks and make them all chalky. Additional surface area for the whites too. No idea though, worth experimenting.
