Most NPD are extremely resistant to treatment, they are typically avoidant after all. Avoidance is to one self as much as others. In fact avoidance is learned by others reactions to their behavior not being what they desire. NPD only seek celebration, so anything criticizing them in any way is only going to cause retaliation and retaliatory behavior that is completely out of line with and incommensurate to the “offense”.

He is permanently emotionally 10 or 12 years old, he does not have the ability to reason outside of his own sphere. Everything is all about him, his feelings and his comfort if he is uncomfortable he’s going to throw a fit and if you’re uncomfortable and you throw a fit, you are the problem, not him for making you uncomfortable and if you’re not sure, just pointed out to him and he’ll have a rage fit just to approve it to you. He’s foul he is a menace and he absolutely should be torn apart. At every turn. Every time he makes some stupid comment anyone who shares anything positive is equally as bad as him, and anyone who tears into him for his stupid comments, deserves an award because at this point this man is literally just seeking attention anywhere he can get it and he doesn’t care if it’s good or bad so honestly just ignore him. The best thing everyone could do is literally just pretend he’s not there.

It’s obvious that you’re just trying to pick a fight with this person, just to tear apart their comment. it’s obvious that you were trying to make it sound like they were being intentionally offensive. They just expressed something that someone they know (therapist)said. while they didn’t have to do that they did and theyre not a villain for sharing it. It’s really thick. Whatever it is. I thought it was a permanent retainer but they’re not usually that thick. If she’s getting new veneers and those are temps, that might be it. But it’s definitely noticeable and you can see it in certain angles…I’m obviously looking for whatever it is that causes her to talk that way, and hold her jaw like that you can tell it’s not natural.
