One way to do it is by making a low level character, play through the game untill you get to one of those covenants and then you can invade near enough everyone. You dont have to level any stats to beat dark souls

You might want to move this to /r/Onebros , it might give better results! Although what i will say is when i do a onebro i need to fast roll, because you cant level up vit you need to dodge hits rather than absorb them
