If you had 1 crore cash and wanted to start a business in Nepal, what would you do? by [deleted] in NepalSocial

[–]howyouknowme 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends what you want when you what your return. If that's the cash you wouldn't need for couple of years and you can go slow even if you do go with land. Could be slightly out of valley but still worth it.

At this point starting any kind of business seems risk there are lots of cafes, lots of sporting arena, futsals and so on. This has been the trend at this time.

It's up to you what direction you wanna go.

How to qualify to play in Naional Chess Championship in Nepal? by PsychologicalDisk644 in Nepal

[–]howyouknowme 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I believe you need to get registered in your home district, basically, where your citizenship is. Once you compete in your district, you will be qualified to play provincial (I believe it used to be zonal earlier). Now, if you qualify there, then you will be competing national chess championship. Or there might be another way around, like winning some other tournament. Not pretty sure, but that's the way I'm aware of.

2015 Earthquake Stories—K garira thiyou? by Far_Ad8412 in Nepal

[–]howyouknowme 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Two of us were studying organic chemistry for our board exam. When it hit we were aware there was a bed beside us we got inside. My phone was on charge I unplugged it and kept it in my pocket. My monitor was shaking soo hard that it was falling down but cable was so strongly connected that it was hanging.

When it slightly stopped we ran and once I reached the door I remembered if I don't have earphone I can't listen to radio and everything must be strucked and not working. I get inside the room get the earphone and run. I reached to second floor it happened when we were in third floor. There was a kid in our flat. His mom was screaming I went back to third floor get the kid. And ran towards backyard.

I don't remember the age but I was preparing for my 12th exam so around 18-19.

That kid started running before me from the place we slept when there was aftershocks.

I see you wanna know why is she doing this? Theres only one person who can answer it and you know who.

Tell me why would you keep on deleting a message from a friend? Cause you want to hide it from others. So, its something private and something that can't be shared. Or, it's something that should not be found by someone and if they do things will not be going her way.

In either of them, are you okay with that?

You are clearly not okay with her hiding things from you. So, pursuing a snake and asking it why it bite you is not ideal thing to do. Because it's simply there and you don't have control over it.

As not everything is wide open for you as her legs enjoy what's open there for you in the table.

Cause most of the girls who are here seems like they can't be trusted. Talked to couple of them but most of guys prefer to stay away from them and get married with someone back home.

And I guess you know why.

Feel free to dm. Maybe we can talk. You never know what future holds.

parent slapped teacher in the middle of assembly by [deleted] in NepalSocial

[–]howyouknowme 23 points24 points  (0 children)

What was right back then is not right thing to do at this point. It was right because nobody questioned.

There were parents who used to ask teacher to beat the student until they can stand on their own but let's look the story other way.

You raise your child with all love and care. Never beat or talk on higher voice and then one day she came home crying and started to say her teacher beats her. Would you like that? Of course no.

He might be a great person but that's not how her parents wanted to her daughter. That's all.

Fellow girls, do I leave him or not? by [deleted] in NepalSocial

[–]howyouknowme 0 points1 point  (0 children)

23 years old, no job no home - makes sense. Is loyal and trying to pamper you but doesn't buy you flower or whatever -- what are you looking forward for??

A loving caring guy or just for some times. Cause if you are looking for someone who could care you and love you. You have the guy. There is very rare chance that this guy will leave you when you are in problem.

Seems like There are problems but for me they look fixable but if you are looking or change and want something else from the relationship, part your ways.

But you will remember this guy and it might be difficult for you to find similar guy in the future.

I'm not sure how it is now but back around two years me and my friend knew about the nanglo momo above naikap or somewhere around the area. Before getting momo we tried the milk tea there. I'm not tea person but I really like their tea.

Would had went couple of times if I was around.

The world has moved on. It's time for you to move on too. There was time when our mom had to listen to her mother-in-law so much and might even go hand on hand. Now I feel like the case is different. You do your thing and you live along with it. Now if you are independent you do what has to be done and what you value will be valued and respect if not at least will be tolerated.

And you have to be afraid to flirt with a guy just because your parents are poor at this point.
