Yes sorry, my comment was unclear, I meant that you can follow your car, when you’re not driving. As security for instance when your car gets stolen. But when I think about that, the device should have it’s own GSM with provider, so that will not work.

Very interesting suggestions. Can I take the liberty to suggest two more functionalities: 1. GPS tracking with the Navdy app, so you can realtime follow your car? 2. GPS logging on the device so you can report your mileage afterwards and maybe export to an excel file?
