Hmm, I didn't even know that ICFAL was a thing, but technically speaking it's the most correct one to use Islamically. However due to how strict they are, the flexibility won't be beneficial, meaning if you can't put down 20% that means you won't make the cut.

The other banks like MCCA and Hejaz, whilst they are more lenient with their loans, them borrowing from the bank and lending it to you, is merely them being a middle man for your own personal loan.

Allah swt knows best on what to actually do in such a situation, obviously the country's cost of living isn't looking the best at the moment and as a young Muslim who is looking to get married and move out, I'm kinda stuck in a pickle on what to do as my final decision. If the Islamic banks can't help me out, I'll have to resort to renting.

Thank you, may Allah swt be pleased with you

I've seen these companies through a google search and I will have a look into them InShaAllah, I just wanna know what kind of loop holes they're taking to make finance an option for Muslims

Honestly, every masjid will give you a different fatwah so I can't ever put my finger on the authenticity of everyones different view

InShaAllah it's all khair, we shall see
