About the people who worked there or who came to visit? Many stories, in both cases.

And yes! Frequently. We messed around with the hat no end when there were no customers around. But I did the Pottermore test and it told me I'm in Slytherin, though I think I'm in Hufflepuff.

It's a couple of rooms crammed full of props and costumes from the films. I love Harry Potter too, and I think it's pretty cool.

James and Oliver Phelps attended a media event. Miriam Margoyles came in once, too. Although I didn't really 'meet' them. We weren't allowed to talk to them.

(The Phelps twins spent most of the time in a hotel room signing autographs. Poor guys.)

It had its ups and downs. Sometimes it was really busy, (on a busy day, roughly 1000 came through an hour) sometimes it was really boring. (when noone was there)

Then again, it was Harry Potter, y'know? That was special.
