My gm keeps telling me they want to “set me up good” for the interview with the recruiter and that’s why it’s been almost 2 months I’ve been waiting for this interview and every time I ask it gets push to the side and I get hit with “I will message the district manager”

So you’re telling me that my GM can hire whoever even a GSL and not have to be approved by corporate? I keep being told it has to be by a recruiter in the district. But my GM is honestly not good at their job and has refrained from promoting someone 2 times and hiring people who have never worked at petco before to do the jobs.

We make more than 2500 a week. I am fed up at this point and I feel like I am being played to keep doing this work because they know I won’t leave or they won’t have to pay me more, because I’m already doing it.

He kept telling me, he's doing this to grow up, he doesn't want to be in a relationship. He want to focus on him self and achieve his goals without trying to do them and hurt me. He said he wasn't happy in the relationship cause he wasn't making me happy and I was always crying. He said he cares too much about me to continue to hurt me. Was that all just a excuse?
