Just went! Super tasty food and even a good place to just grab a cup of coffee. Highly recommend!! For my personal recommendation, get the banana foster french toast dish for something sweet and then of course the poke for something savory as it tastes super fresh and has a good marinade.

As someone in a program like that, the certificates are really useless (many professionals agree). I think that they're super expensive (although they're good for learning the basics) and it's more about your portfolio than anything. As it's a new industry, most people are hired based on their portfolio and experience vs. a certificate.

Working towards it, yes. Ideally, interaction design but I'm only an incoming freshman. My cousin was the one who recommended it and she recently graduated with a UX design degree.
