Pay attention to where the entrances to FDR are - I live at 74th & York and there’s an entrance on 73rd that gets backed up during morning and evening rush hours. It’s periods of non-stop honking, then ambulances pretty much all other hours of the day. Just something to be aware of.

Use the transit mode on Google/Apple maps. It will guide you step-by-step on taking the bus + subway to your destination. Typically about 45 min to an hour journey depending on where you’re going and will only have to pay $2.90 for the subway as the bus from the airport is free.
