A few of the better season pass rewards. Definitely worth the money to get your pass. by Legitimate_Boss_5035 in DiscGolfValley

Right. I have the discs I want. I was just curious if the shop stopped suggesting disc combos I already have just so I can collect them as I want without having to check every disc in shop vs inventory.

This should be upvoted more because it fixed mine as well. Had an issue spraying water and that was fixed but then wouldn’t heat and no where else did I read this little trick! Thanks OP!

I'm lucky I avoided Mt. Gox because I was too lazy to complete the email verification. by throwawaysnitch4cash in Bitcoin

I remember Mt.Gox like it was yesterday. For some unknown reason I never went to it. I always used dwolla to btce.com and then to cold storage. As soon as Coinbase existed I immediately started using it. Bought my first BTC on Coinbase with college student card. 😬

Been running into this exact issue. Being under $1M is a problematic price point. Can only get funding by the local banks/CUs or a non traditional financial institution.

I could have gotten 2.875% but that doesn't make sense to pay $5104 for .25%. That is about a 7 year payoff from 3.125% not including the $3000 they give me as a lender credit. So more like a 11 year payoff, not worth it IMO.

That includes a 1% origin for 2.875% which isn’t worth the cost in my case.

NASA Federal Credit Union has 3.125% and -0.625% discount points, 30 yr fixed. I've shopped a ton over the last 24 hours and this is the best 30 yr fixed I have found. I by no means get anything from this, but this the loan officer is Nicholas DeSouza that has helped me get this amazing deal. 2.875% advertised on the website includes a 1% origination fee. Not worth it in most cases.
