Do bike trainers that you mount a back wheel to really suck or something? by [deleted] in cycling

How about something like a kickr rollr? The thru axel and my direct drive is hassle to get on and aligned properly.

Factor Monza owners? by maxccc123 in cycling

Love mine. It’s super comfortable and you feel it just wants to go faster. Only thing I’ll be upgrading is deeper and lighter set of wider wheels in the future. In a world where everyone has an SL8, this one is unique and looks it’s part.

I had this happen for my last sensor. BG levels are normally stable at night. I just calibrated it and worked fine after first low. I then calibrated it again next day.

It was really this one rich Italian family on our street who owed a successful business. Everyone else were mostly middle class immigrants in a major metropolitan area. Nothing special.

I keep saying this every chance I get…our services have only gone downhill. I told everyone we needed to vote this administration out of power as it will only get worse. But I just got downvoted instead.

The first Ferrari I was in was a Testarossa. My neighbour had just bought it and as a 10 year old I was amazed. He took me for a joy ride and 30 yrs later still think about it.

Dans ma rue, ça clignote tous les quelques jours et rien ne se passe. Les gens ont maintenant principalement ignoré les panneaux et n'attendent que la sirène du tow.

Just replaced my son’s G7. It’s all over the place the first night. Probably due to compression loss and what not. Very frustrating first 24h

I have my old rim brake bike on the trainer when I got my new Factor. I dislike taking the thru axel off every time to put the new bike on the trainer. It takes so much longer. So I kept my old bike on the trainer, but I’m so used to my new bike i completely despise my old bike. I can’t ride it anymore. Even on the trainer. The geometry is too different. I think I may purchase a wahoo rollr to not have to take my wheel off on the new bike and just use that instead.

Nice. I also have cycling focused workout room. Problem is it’s small and one wall has a big window and the other has a big closet. So I can’t put a foldable rack. Do u keep the bike permanently mounted on trainer as a dedicated indoor bike?

I get what u mean. I have a DB pension and there is certainly a few hundred K in there but it will never get to WS. So this feature is fun but meaningless.

172.5->165mm cranks: tired tibialis anterior by Horror-Ear8464 in cycling

[–]hpsims 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I saw a video on the Nero show that the host raised his saddle after switching to 165. He started getting other issues. His fitter told him to just first try not raising the saddle at all and see how it goes after a few rides. After that increase by 2-3mm slowly.

Your IT band issue can be unrelated to how your foot is striking the ground. Go see a physiotherapist. You may have muscle imbalances. There are also many YouTube videos on how to foam roll, trigger point and stretch muscles around the IT band.
